Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year she was able to earn her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was required to take the time off from the stage after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years and set higher targets each year. In 2009 she won four more fitness awards. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016 saw her took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. Warming up is usually done before the workout. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
