Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal activist and writer who was awarded numerous Awards. Ali MacGraw is famous for her roles in films like Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. In New York, she was born and brought up in an artistic family. In the beginning, she worked as a assistant to photographers. Later on her work changed towards modeling and directing. Her two first films were noticed and she received the Golden Globe Award of Most Newcomer of the Year. MacGraw became an international superstar after her film Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as an award from the Golden Globe. Within three years, she had been voted as the most popular female box-office starter in the world. In Grauman's Chinese Theater in the year 1972, she had her name and footprints hand-engraved. She has starred in several other films including The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among others. Moving Pictures is her autobiography which was published in the year 1991. MacGraw got married to three different people.
